Muncie SM 465 Transmission

We did a little research under the donor van yesterday and found out exactly what trans I have. I thought it was a t-19 at first glance.  We found out it's a GM - Muncie SM465 heavy duty 4-speed trans. A very capable 4 speed transmission. I'll be adapting this to the NP-231 transfer case with the Novak Adapter kit. I'm glad to find out that I was blessed with such a beefy trans. It has duel PTO outlets. Who knows I may run a shaft driven winch in the future. Too bad it's not in the budget right now tho.Here's a couple pics:
