Our team was asked to assess the opportunity of allowing motorcycle buyers to purchase vehicles 100% online. We dove headfirst into a very deep discovery phase. Then we were tasked with producing an MVP solution.

The design process included:
Empathize - Understand business and user needs
Discovery - User acceptance testing, user interviews, flow diagramming
Visualization - Generate wireframes, mockups, and ideate solutions
Prototype - Design reviews, user interviews, and consumer validation
Release - Production, developer handoff, analysis of performance, and optimize
