Our team was asked to assess the opportunity of allowing motorcycle buyers to purchase vehicles 100% online. We dove headfirst into a very deep discovery phase. Then we were tasked with producing an MVP solution.


role: UX design lead + product development + user research


Product work included:

  • Estimating funding and resources for the project

  • Strategy and road-mapping exercises

  • User interviews and problem discovery

  • Partner research and go-to-market strategy

The design process included:

  1. Empathize - Understand business and user needs

  2. Discovery - User acceptance testing, user interviews, flow diagramming

  3. Visualization - Generate wireframes, mockups, and ideate solutions

  4. Prototype - Design reviews, user interviews, and consumer validation

  5. Release - Production, developer handoff, analysis of performance, and optimize
